We are looking out for passionate filmmakers with a strong intent to grow in the industry to join the Wesani Film Academy and study for free. The slots are very limited and we intend expanding in the future.

Acting

Directing

Take the helm of creativity in our Directing course, where you'll refine your visual storytelling prowess, command on-set dynamics, and craft a unique directorial voice, equipping you to lead and shape the cinematic narrative.

Screenwriting

Master the behind-the-scenes magic with our Producing course, where you'll learn the intricacies of project management, budgeting, and collaboration, preparing you to bring compelling stories to life as a dynamic film producer.

Film Production

Application

How To Apply

The Wesani Film Academy Scholarship is currently open to two courses – Acting and Screenwriting.
To make your application, follow these steps;

Create a monologue of not more than 60 seconds telling us why you should be selected for the scholarship. Upload it to Google Drive and make the file public.

Submit the link to the video alogside other details on this page.
